We are all experiencing very challenging times as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 situation. The Shredeasy would like to take a moment to assure our loyal customers we will do everything within our control to deliver the same level of support and service you have come to expect.
The Shredeasy has always been committed to providing a safe environment for our Customers and Employees. OUR PEOPLE AND OUR COMMUNITIES ARE MOST IMPORTANT TO US, AND YOUR SAFETY REMAINS OUR TOP PRIORITY!
No one will be permitted to service our customers or work at our Shred Store if they are experiencing any of the symptoms identified by the World Health Organization and regulatory agencies. In addition, we have implemented the following safety measures:
- We are conducting frequent disinfecting of high-touch areas in our Shred Store, trucks, bins and containers.
- We are supplying disinfectant wipes to all employees.
- We are reinforcing illness prevention procedures with all Shredeasy employees, including frequent hand-washing, avoiding contact with your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands, and avoiding contact with people who are sick.
- We are instructing employees if they are exhibiting symptoms of illness to stay home or seek care from a medical provider when necessary.
If your company has employees working from home, please remind them of the importance of document security. Employees can store sensitive materials while working at home, then return the documents to the secure consoles for destruction when you re-open. Reminding employees of the importance of document security is critical to keeping your corporate information out of the wrong hands.
